Seems electroshock section needs to be reevaluated: First should check scene safety, call 911, then shut electric current off. I do not want to touch an individual that I suspect got electrocuted until I am sure that the current is off. Decent refresher course, but nothing replaces the hand's on portion. I know this is supposed to be a quick and dirty refresher for someone who in all likelihood will not need to perform any of these tasks; however, it does not reinforce skills needed to perform the tasks when called upon to do so. Recommend a hands-on portion for at least CPR refresher. Because one always defaults to the level of training in an emergency, and if this is the only training someone gets for a long time, they really won't know what to do when they need to do CPR.
