Informative and educational as it should be. It would have been perfect if video demos are bigger and audible. I had to go to Youtube and view CPR video demo from AHA before taking the exam.

Question #12 in course state that; if a person undergoes a head injuries you should call 911 immediately. the course outline states that only if certain signs are being shown. I feel this question is not very clear from course to test implying even a very minor injury requies the help from 911?
