THIS IS MY FIRST TIME USING ONLINE SERVICES FOR MY CPR/AED RENEWAL. I PASSED THE FIRST TIME, AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PROCESS MY CHECK OUT. MESSAGE READ SYSTEM ERROR IP ADDRESS INCORRECT. SENT MESSAGE, HAD TO WAIT FOR 8 HOURS. I'M A IMPATIENT PERSON. SORRY:(. RETAKEN THE TEST. PASSED, AND USED MY PAYPAL, INSTEAD ON MY DEBIT, WHICH IS ALSO LINKED TO PAYPAL. A LITTLE NERVOUS. By taking the exam without completing the course, (which is allowed through your program) I don't feel qualified to administer CPR in an emergency. This process is flawed and could lead to participants falsely believing they are qualified to administer CPR, a dangerous setup for failure. One should not be able to take the exam until one has read through all the material and completed sub-tests for each section. Poor test design.
