This was a convenient way to refresh my memory and certify for CPR and First Aid. The course was thorough and the test was brief.

Did not understand last question. Check with the person if they are ok before performing CPR. True of False? How can you check if the patient is not conscious?

This was a great module for the layperson's knowledge and use. I have one question about the exam though...If a patient is unconscious and unresponsive you should provide CPR (True or False)? My question is ...from a laypersons point of view...they might miss the pulse check and start CPR on an unconscious victim ...unecessarily?? I've see it done many times...people get excited and miss the details ...like a pulse? Maybe reword the question?... Signed Ex-EMT-Paramedic (25yrs in EMS). Otherwise.... THIS IS GREAT!!!!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!

Great Thank you

The questions on the test seemed vague - please don't allow for multiple correct answers to questions (3rd degree burns and infant CPR mouth placement were especially confusing). Also, could you please have a glossary or a tooltip available for technical terminology? For example, it's not helpful to refer to "universal precautions" if you don't have a definition available for the student to refer to.

It would really be nice if this course was narrated. Also, it would be nice to hear the videos, especially regarding AED use. There are also some sentences where words are spelled wrong. I believe in the electrical section it states to begin cpr before assuring the power source is removed scene made safe.
