Generally pretty poor. Numerous inaccuracies- for example always ensure injured person is not in contact with energized circuits BEFORE starting CPR. Lots of typos. Lots of undefined terms.

Each page has typos, grammatical errors, poor punctuation and confusing, irrelevant and contradictory wording. Hard to imagine it was approved for publication. Strongly suggest having a person whose first language is English, preferably an actual English major, review and correct. Sorry, but very poorly executed, in my humble opinion.

I was able to focus on the steps when working individually online; whereas, in class there are alot of distractions and "help" along the way. I feel I even learned more this way than in an actual class.

All the course material is very informative and pretty much teaches me everything I can do in the event of an emergency before EMS/911 help arrives. It will definitely be very helpful in my life if I'm ever at an emergency scene and help hasn't arrived yet!
