This course is the best around because you learn at your own pace. You watch, you listen, you learn. It doesn't get any better than that for the price. Plus you get you instant proof of completion that you can print out and you get your wallet sized card in the mail as well. I've used this course twice whenever I had to renew for my job in the Health-Care Industry.

It was very thorough and covered more than just CPR. I now feel confident in providing necessary care for a wide variety of injuries!

comprehensive info, we could use more videos though and maybe a study guide.

This was easy and a great refresher, better than sitting in a class.

I thought this course was very informative. I liked how there were videos to demonstrate the procedures for infants, children, and adolescents/adults.

Information was well laid out. Video clip could include audio directions.

You had a few strange wordings and grammatical errors that made some parts of the training more difficult to understand. It was a helpful course, though.

There were several typos within the text, the photos and videos provided were not well labeled and only showed a fraction of the topics covered, and the exam questions were incongruous with the course material. (Example: there was no part of the CPR section that advised putting your mouth over the nose and mouth of an infant-- only a one-way breathing device, which meant the exam question asking where a first responder should put their mouth was technically not able to be answered based off your course materials. I understand that a person could reason their way to the correct answer, but I would expect more consistency within a course that may mean the difference between someone's life and someone's death.) Especially after having gone through Red Cross certifications previously, this was a shoddy course by comparison.
