Immediately after paying for the CPR certificate I asked for a refund and was told I had to wait for the cards to get here then return them and send a note requesting a refund. I did this and I still have yet to receive a refund. I was informed that I could not use any certificates that I purchased onLine I had to take an actual class. Can somebody please issue me a refund? If I could’ve used it I would’ve been happy with it but I am very unhappy with this current situation and nobody has responded to me in months. My experience with your company is very poor.

I will always get my CPR and First Aid card from national cpr foundation .com Its so much easy in just studying and taking the quiz on your computer and getting your cpr card in the mail. I dont have to ever worry about going to a class and buying $80-$100 just to get a cpr card. I wish I known about this website sooner because it would have saved me a lot of money in the past.
