Too easy. Even for a re-certification for someone who's taken in MANY times, required video viewing or practice will likely give the potential responder more confidence. I would take the on-line course, followed by the in-person practice, before certification in the future.

One question was a bit confusing and should be a little more clear. One question it asked when you call 911 if someone goes unconscious. Yes, you do, but if you do not see the person go unconscious and you find them. You do CPR for 2 minutes and then call 911. However, if you see the person go unconscious then you call 911, then perform CPR.
