Training is too vague with unfamiliar terminology to a novice. Had I not taken other CPR/First Aid training in the past, some this would have been difficult to understand. Test was a joke! Really? What kind of meaning can your certification have when the test was just a few short, generalized questions?

It said that I got a question wrong about , If you have a head injury you should call for emergency help. I said that was false. I chose false, because it clearly said that you should call 911 if you are having other symptoms due to the head injury, not just because you have a head injury.
