Quick and easy. I hope this certificate is sufficient for my employer though. I won't know until I try but it worth trying rather than spending a whole afternoon in a class. Some of the questions were a bit open ended, which I didn't like. Like, it ask if you should call 911 for a head injury. It didn't specify a severe head injury or all head injuries, just ahead injury. Even the course material says you don't call for minor bumps and scrapes. I answered no because you wouldn't call for a minor one, but the answer was yes. There are several questions like that which need better clarification.

Really easy to get re-certified. I do not have lots of time in between my jobs to participate in classroom versions, this was the best option for me. Very informative and just as accurate as the previous classroom versions I had attended.
