By taking the exam without completing the course, (which is allowed through your program) I don't feel qualified to administer CPR in an emergency. This process is flawed and could lead to participants falsely believing they are qualified to administer CPR, a dangerous setup for failure. One should not be able to take the exam until one has read through all the material and completed sub-tests for each section. Poor test design.
