All my knowledge came from before reading this course. The structure of the modules is very confusing, with no overviews contextualizing the content, which is not delivered in a linear or chronological way. Often there are contradictory statements on the same page, and without the ability to ask an instructor for clarification, this makes the entire course confusing. I felt more confident in my ability to deliver first aid before reading this course. Now I am uncertain whether knowledge I previously had is out of date, or if the course is so poorly written that I misunderstood something basic.
