The course was easy to follow and the exam questions were straight forward. The price for the course is unbeatable. The best part, I was able to do it from the comfort of my home at the most convenient time for me. Thank you National CPR Foundation for making my re-certification process extremely easy.

The course was very well done and informative. I have taken the course several time over the last 12 years in person so I understood the information well. As a person with OCD, I didn't understand why the first section was before the second section seeing they are the same. It made it a little confusing. Also, I was curious why medical terms that would not be understood by laymen were used like, Occlusive and Pneumothorax. One of the questions I got wrong was because I wasn't sure what you were looking for. Unconscious and unresponsive are not reasons to start CPR but I questioned what you were looking for. I should have answered it what I knew the answer would be rather than guess what you were meaning. Next, when to activate EMS was not qualified by whether you saw them fall or came upon then unconscious. If I come upon them not breathing, I'm not going to call EMS first, I'm going to do 2 mins as your training manual recommends. It's very possible that I misunderstood the question! I've misunderstood before! lol! I still passed and that is what counts! I am up to date on what the protocols are currently. My training 2 years ago taught me the breaths are not recommended any longer. Just compressions. I'm sure this changes with current studies. I'm grateful for your training and hope that another 2 years pass before I have to use it but if I need to, I'm prepared because of your course. Thank you!

Very informative, a bit much at times. Perhaps include some quiz questions at the end of each little section.
