It is ridiculous that this course counts as certification. If I hadn't already been CPR/First Aid trained in several in-person courses over the last 20 years, I would have no idea what to do in an actual emergency. This type of subpar online certification (where you don't even have to watch videos) should be outlawed. Maybe it is okay for renewals, but definitely not for first time CPR/First Aid trainees.

I did have to search for definition that were not explained and sometimes I was worried that I was not looking at the right definition and it would be nice if there were links for reassurance on procedures and definitions
