It is ridiculous that this course counts as certification. If I hadn't already been CPR/First Aid trained in several in-person courses over the last 20 years, I would have no idea what to do in an actual emergency. This type of subpar online certification (where you don't even have to watch videos) should be outlawed. Maybe it is okay for renewals, but definitely not for first time CPR/First Aid trainees.

I appreciate the quickness of this exam for those of us who have previously been CPR/First Aid and AED certified. But I felt this course was all over the place and inconsistent. The instructions were really vague in all categories, there were many spelling errors and the exam is a joke. I don't think people who have never been certified should take this course due to these factors. Thank you.

It would be helpful to put how to help someone having s seizure, for example, putting them in the recovery position and what it is. It would minimize the risk for the person.
