While this covered a broad base of first aid and CPR skills, the course did a poor job of organizing and prioritizing information to separate key information from other information. Lists and summaries did not well serve the content and no graphic organizers were used. Videos had no spoken text but simply showed treatments without commentary. Everything was presented in imperial system (though a world-wide course should also include metric), and there were multiple grammatical errors, lowering the integrity of the overall program.

The training was helpful and convenient. However, some of the information was not clearly presented and also contained too many technical words that non-medically-trained persons would not understand.
