Due to an unforeseen time crunch, I needed quick BLS certification and could not attend an in person course. I found your site, and I was skeptical. Your training was worse than I imagined. Very little was demonstrated, and little was actually focused upon the technique. The training provided was not comprehensive or written for the lay person. Often times, terms were used and not explained, such as a "universal precaution." Is this hand washing? Gloves? Is it patient focused? I also noticed several spelling errors throughout the materials listed. As a minor aside, one of your questions, I felt, was ambiguous, but this was minor because such a low rate required to pass, it didn't matter. "You should ask the patient if He/She is okay before performing CPR." seemed false, as someone who requires CPR would be unresponsive and would not be able to tell you that they are okay. Based upon the Good Samaritan Law, I also thought that this was a trick because you do not need consent to preform CPR.
