I liked being able to read everything instead of watching videos. The video clips could be better though by actually going through the entire process instead of just short clips of one thing. Or if you keep the clips of one thing do them for everything and not just what is chosen to be the most important or common

Quick and painless. Very good for those who have prior CPR/AED/First Aid training and just need to brush up. I liked doing this online because it was fast and therefore I was more willing to get "re-certified" rather than find an agency who is training in the area (I'm in a very rural area) and coordinate my work schedule accordingly.
