I am not going to lie to you, who ever ends up reading this. This was at best useless without a strong preexisting knowledge of the process. A person would be better off watching a one hour video. Preferably a virtual experience could be used. Let me explain something. The ultimate failure of the United States educational system is standardized multiple choice testing. When I was in first grade, it was explained to me how to pass any test. Read the question, read all provided answers, select the one you think is right. If you don't know, skip it and come back, if you still can't figure it out when you come back to it, pick a random option because at least theres a chance you're right." Life isn't multiple choice, it's pass or fail, you aren't given options to choose which seems the most reasonablle, you either know how to handle the crisis, or you don't, and if you don't, someone dies. And your passing grade is 70? Basically you could get a third of the test wrong, the test intended to save human lives. And still pass. This is not good enough. Please, reevaluate how you do this.

There were quite a few typographical errors. There were quite a few references to conditions (jargon) without clarification as to what they they meant or how they impacted the topic (e.g., pronate drift, myocardial infarction). By the end I was very distracted by the repeated, unnecessary use of the phrase "make sure." Finally, the quiz at the end is so brief and easy as to be largely invalid as a measurement of achievement.

More pictures of proper hand placement and procedures next to each Treatment area and sound on all the videos with a verbal walkthrough of each procedure would be best.. more videos of treatments would be better as well as maybe a video to summarize each section with a narrator
