There were some errors in the copy (such as the possessive vs. the plural - ie visitor's when it should be visitors etc.) Some things could have been made clearer.

The information seemed clear and this was an efficient course, but the videos had no sound (some seemed like narration would have been nice) and the grammar was pretty poor in places. Someone who is great at grammar needs to go through this whole course and touch it up.

Typos throughout course make me question the accuracy of other information; Are there other suggestions for ways to save teeth besides Hank's balanced salt solution? I doubt I'll have some around in the event of an emergency. More videos would be helpful. Otherwise, the course provided a clear overview of what to do in most emergencies.
