The class content was good. I could easily navigate the things I needed to learn. The price is excellent. The test had two ambiguous questions on it which I thought could be corrected. One was in regards to treating bites and stings. You should use an auto injector. The question did not say severe bites and stings which implies that treating all bites and stings we should use an auto injector. This is incorrect. So it should not be on the test or it could lead my employees astray. The other question was similar. If patient is experiencing a hemorrhage you should check universal precautions perform CPR wrap him Ridge or all of the above. The answer was all of the above. However I have experienced a hemorrhage and did not need CPR. So once again, misinformation on the test because of a lack of clarifying what kind of hemorrhage. I thought that was kind of a big deal and surprised to see it written that way. It could be a liability issue.
