As a yoga teacher I needed a quick review of CPR. The course was as promised...a good review of adult, child and infant CPR, reasonably priced and I received the certificate immediately. The videos were instructive and relevant. I would suggest if someone is learning CPR for the first time it is good to do a live course to get the practice on the resusa- annies. This was excellent as a review and to update my certificate

So far it's been a good experience. I am only renewing and have done classroom for all my other renewals (14 years worth) so I definitely recommend if it's your first time to do an in person training. Being in a classroom and doing hands on really helps to retain the information and allows you to ask questions. But I am glad to renew online with my busy schedule.
