I loved the course. It was very informative. It got down to the basics of what you needed to do and didn't go off on other subjects. The videos helped provided a visual. All and All the experience on this was good.

I passed and barely remember a thing. I find it amazing that I’m certified to do cpr through an online course.

Thorough yet timely.

Program contains incorrect grammar, wrong information, a very bad question on exam that requires a wrong answer to get the points. Colossal waste of time.

Your product was not useful to me. I am a registered professional nurse who is not currently practicing, thus my CPR/AED certification has lapsed. I took your online recert course as a requirement to function as an 'emergency helper' during mass in my local parish. Noreen Hare is in charge of organizing the program. The program requires an online course with a follow up with a certified CPR/AED instructor (Jill Haskell) for the practical portion of the process. Although your website claims to be accredited by the AHA, the company is apparently not known to the instructor, thus not usable by me. Please see below the email I received below... ..."From: Jill Haskell Sent: Tuesday, May 01, 2018 9:46 PM To: Noreen Hare (St. Michael Parish - Augusta) Subject: Re: CPR/AED Certificate... Hi I have never seen this company and unfortunately don’t believe I can submit it bc it is not the correct organization by which I teach to (or am cleared to offer cards from). Let me know if I can do anything else to help him along. Thanks Jill From: Noreen Hare (St. Michael Parish - Augusta) Sent: Tuesday, May 1, 2018 8:39:09 AM To: Jill Haskell Subject: FW: CPR/AED Certificate... HI Jill Can you look at this and tell me if this works for testing? Noreen"... In 30 years of practicing, I have never before had this problem. Gerald W. Harmon, RN, MSN, MBA

It was a quick and easy course and exam. However, I wish there were more example videos of how to perform the procedures.
