Serves it's purpose - which is just to meet certification requirements, but the training cannot really be called training. It's just the shortest possible text review of basic terms and steps with some stock photos on the side of the screen and a few video clips. The quiz doesn't really assess knowledge, it's 10 extremely simply questions and you only need 70% to pass. I wouldn't want someone who completed this CPR/First Aid certificate to do any type of first aid or CPR on me.
