The question that I missed with respect to Head injuries was very ambiguous. Your stated "correct" answer implies that ALL Head injuries require an IMMEDIATE 911 call. However, your course material clearly contains an "IF' clause and I quote: Head Injuries usually result in minor bruises or bumps; however, some head injuries can be very can be severe and even fatal. Call 911 immediately IF: (etc.....) MY ANSWER WAS CORRECT BECAUSE ALL HEAD INJURIES DO NOT REQUIRE A 911 CALL, SOME DO NOT REQUIRE A CALL AT ALL! You should clarify your question to be more specific ....
