I did not understand some of the terminology, it assumed knowledge that only medical personnel would know. The assumption that AEDs are available and people ion general know how to use them.

The question where the person is non-responsive and unconscious, it does not state that the person is not breathing.

Process was easy to use but I do not agree with some of the instructions. A patient may be unconscious and unresponsive but still breathing and heart is beating. Thus CPR should NOT be performed. Also, some head injuries are not severe and do not require a call to 911.
