Nice and easy! I would still recommend people take a full in-person course if they get the opportunity, but this is wonderful for people doing a renewal or crunched for time because it's a job requirement.

this is pretty much a fraud, there isn't any actual training, and the test is ridiculous. Most importantly the certificate was not accepted by a state board, so this is a waste of money.
