There are numerous typos and grammatical errors, such as apostrophe s used as a plural. There are confusing statements, such as to press below both halves of the rib cage for CPR. It also says that if someone has been electrocuted, we should perform CPR and then turn off the power, rather than the other way around. One question in the final exam asked whether we should call 911 first, or do CPR for 2 minutes first, but it didn't say whether anyone had witnessed the fall.
