This is a sham and you know it. Anyone can skim through your docs for keywords and fill out the answers. This does not even come close to assuring that people know cpr yet schools are getting tricked into accepting your id's, placing completley incompetent people in charges of dozens of kids safety. Frankly you should be ashamed.
