Some of the instructions were confusing or contradictory: Do you cover a chest wound or not? The course assumes you have Naloxone on your person. Is this course designed for the average lay person or someone in the field of medicine? I am a retired nurse and found this course amateurish even for a lay person. It did not even address placing a person having a seizure on his side to prevent aspiration or tongue blocking airway and most importantly not putting anything in the person's mouth. At least it was easy so I could meet the criteria of the program for which I am volunteering.

The information presented in this course was often confusing and used terms that I needed to look up elsewhere on the internet. The videos were also not super helpful. Some diagrams (ie. where to place your hands for CPR) and better instructional videos would have made a lot of difference.
