The question on the test that asks if you should start CPR on a person who is unconscious and unresponsive is confusing. Based on our material, it should be false. If a patient has a heart beat and is breathing, but is unconscious and non-responsive then you would NOT do CPR because the breathing indicates that there is a heart beat.
