So many grammatical errors and occasionally contradicting information from the previous sections. Overuse of "make sure to" made it hard to read. Inappropriate capitalization, poor description of shock. These are just my initial thoughts. Got in the way of the material and learning / reviewing. I expect more from and for professionals!
