- Poor grammar/phrasing. It was hard to follow some sentences -- I had to re-read them several times to understand what was trying to be communicated. - Some language was too technical (e.g., "AP diameter". Most people not in the medical industry don't know anteroposterior. "Chest thickness" would more simply communicate the same thing. - Some language was not accurate (e.g., "1/2 chest circumference"; I believe "1/2 chest diameter" is what was intended to be communicated). - Various other strangely-worded sentences made this take longer than it needed to. I did appreciate how concise this course was.

While the test itself was extremely easy, the actual "training" was mediocre. Plenty of unclear and unexplained terminology and as a layperson, I am not at all confident that I know what is necessary, especially in the first aid department.

Good, basic material. Concerned it may be a bit outdated since my certificate said that the course is administered in accordance with the 2015 ECC/ILCOR and AHA guidelines. Would like to see info on self-administration of the Heimlich maneuver (which has been actually been called abdominal thrusts for many years now) and how to administer to a pregnant person or someone that you cannot get your arms around. The test was too easy and only had 10 questions.
