I was surprised at how poorly written this training was. Not just grammatically, but content wise as well. So many errors, confusing steps, and references to things that hadn't been explained before. It could really use a thorough editing or even re-writing to make it seem more professional than it does now. I appreciate the ease of accessing this training and acquiring the certification, but I wouldn't really recommend it as the best training out there.

Getting the certificate was easy but course was advertised at $14.95 and after paying for my certificate my bank was charged more than that, I tried contacting somebody but nobody ever got back to me I wouldn’t recommend
