I have had several in-person first aid courses and although the information in today's class seems to be in line with other classes I have taken, it feels too superficial to really stick in the mind of a novice.

There were many spelling, grammar, and punctuation mistakes. Also, I would never administer milk for dehydration. I am lactose intolerant and get dehydrated from consuming dairy.
