I agreed to take the full survey (which I rarely agree to) because I thought the course work was so poorly constructed. The content was very disorganized, poorly written on many levels (ex. referring to topics and concepts that are never explained or even mentioned at all previously). This is a very, very important service you are providing and it is critical that people taking your course understand the content. This entire course feels like it was created and written by somebody who has never created or written a course before. It is completely amateurish. My guess is that somebody internally within your company was tasked with constructing the course, or if you hired a professional outside resource to write it, that they were just a very poor choice for the job. I wouldn't mind being contacted by your company to provide more detailed feedback on the content. I'd be willing to go through page by page and point out all the deficiencies (I have a background in writing and digital user experience). I'd do this without asking for payment, just to help, because I think it is so important for you to get this content right.
