EXCELLENT AND EASY!

contradictory statements about what you should do. begins with no mouth-to mouth breathing but directions say to do it.

This is good for a refresher but should not be used as an initial training. First time students need hands on practice with instructors.

I found the organization of the information within each section of the course to be in a confusing order, such as Do this, then this, but remember the priority is (a third action). Descriptions of some actions were poorly worded so that meaning was lost, such as "Find the point where patient's ribs meet (just below both halves.)" OR "2 Rescuers: Perform tasks simultaneously" whereas you cannot breathe into someone at the same time another person is compressing their chest. Finally, I answered one test question about whether to call 911 for all head injuries as False because the course said that most head injuries were minor bruises or bumps, but call 911 IF (a list of severe symptoms such as seizures, paralysis, and slurred speech). It was marked "Incorrect." I would just want content and test questions to match.

Some of the questions are absolutely inaccurate or misleading. Example: You would not start CPR on an unconscious/unresponsive person without making sure they DO NOT have a pulse or they are NOT breathing. There are SO many reasons a person could have passed out or not be responsive and you are wanting to possibly cause more problems by doing CPR without making sure there are not checking their surroundings, checking their pulse/respirations? This is just one example.

It’s a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I apply to several and didn’t accept that CPR.
