The training was thorough and covered the necessary material, but I found it difficult to stay engaged. The course relied heavily on presenting information without much interactive teaching or variety in the instructional methods. Incorporating more engaging elements, such as demonstrations, scenarios, practice exercises, or interactive activities, would make the training more interesting and help reinforce the material.
