A course that provided the necessary fundamental knowledge in addressing situations that can potentially save a person's life. While the recognition and treatment procedures were made clear, the definitions of terms were not made clear, and assumed the user knew these terms already, many of which I did not know; Definitions for these terms would have been helpful.
