I feel the question about head injuries should be revised since the reasons to call for 911 in the Head Injury section are specific to particular conditions, implying that if the head injury does not fall under these conditions calling 911 is not critical or necessary. It even states multiple times to call 911 only if symptoms resulting from the head injury are included in the list.
