One of the questions on the exam states that "you should not breastfeed if you have an infection." It does not specify a "bloodborne pathogen infection" as it should because you can definitely breastfeed with many typical infections (e.g. cold, flu, noro virus, mastitis). Another question says "Human Immunodeficiency Virus stands for HIV" where it should say "HIV stands for uman Immunodeficiency Virus." These two questions are written as true or false, so as they are written, they are false even though the correct answers as per the test is "true."
