It's comprehensive, which is great. A few areas are unclear and can use a more detailed rewrite. More illustrations would be helpful. At times medical or EMS terms are used without definitions provided at the point when they are first introduced. It's a huge amount of information to take in and retain in one sitting. Although I got all questions correctly, perhaps smaller sectional "trial" exams would help. By trial I mean they don't have to count, but could instead serve to prompt testers to go over a section again before moving on -- that is if your website will allow testers to repeat portions without jeopardizing their standing in the tutorial.
