VERY SUBLITERATE language; dozens of errors and terms are introduced without explanation of the acronym. Confusing and incorrect material needs proofreading by a team of literate people who will likely each catch different examples. Their input compiled should yield proper language. Beyond the language problems, there also seem to be contradictory or unexplained contingencies that could lead to improper procedures, dangerous wrong impressions. I would be happy to help correct the many, many language mistakes, conceptual gaps and confusing colloquial usages.
