The program was well presented and information was well organized and easy to read. This was a good way for someone to renew their certification, however it seemed inefficient training for someone new to the courses. I would feel more confident if the quiz was longer and asked for more in-depth answers.

Some questions are worded very obviously for the correct answer, and others are worded in a vague manner. I'd rather call EMS or 911 as a precaution rather than a reaction.
