The CPR/AED/First-Aid Certificate course was very easy to complete. I needed the certification to continue providing respite care services so I was happy to not have to stop working until I got certified. My only complaint was that the course had a lot of grammatical errors which made me question the validity of the whole thing. Thankfully, everything was a breeze, I was able to understand the methods taught and the certificate was accepted by my employer. I instantly received the digital copies of my certificate and card and within a few short days, I received the physical copy of the wallet card in the mail!
