At times, especially toward the end, this program seemed to be written by AI or by persons with English as a second language. There were grammatical errors that should be edited out before distribution to people taking the course. Other than that, it was a good experience.

This training is not as clear and specific as it should be. I actually care about learning exactly what to do to help someone, and I ended up needing to go seek out YouTube videos from other sources to get the specific information that would allow me to feel prepared to help in an emergency. Please provide more detailed videos with audio instructions. Information about locating exactly where to place fists for the heimlich is important, for example. Your materials just say "the abdomen" but that's not clear enough, and online videos provide specific, easy ways to locate the right place. Also, a CPR video with a person narrating the instructions will reinforce the written instructions you provide and allow auditory and visual learners to better absorb this very important information. Thank you.
