Could probably use more imbedded video, maybe hosted from youtube. I've taken the red cross class in person and there is a sizable difference between reading instructions and actually seeing the acts performed / performing them yourself. Situationally, we cannot "in person experience" applying emergency first aid, but seeing it done would help. I'm sure in another five to ten years we'll all have vr headsets and gloves so that we can practice in a virtual environment... Then again I've noticed that the future is always ten years down the road and never quite seems to get here so idk. Thank you to your team and staff for having put their time and effort into a none the less very effective learning tool.
