Basic Life Support - BLS
This course was extremely limited and provided minimal information, some of which was not correct. The one question that I missed on your test I believe was incorrect on your part - I have been a nurse educator for several years and all of the information that I have obtained and taught about PPE is that it is, in fact, personal protective equipment, what you wear on your person - it has nothing to do with surrounding surfaces or cleaning - Additionally, your course teaches a ratio of 15 compressions to 2 ventilations in all circumstances, which is not congruent with what the American Heart Association advocates based on current research - I think it is very important that your data and questions be congruent with current research and standards.
