Everything is excellent and professional except the mail address, I filled in my livi ng address for mailing the certificate, I follow every step the page askes me to do, but always tell me that THE MAILING ADDRESS DOSE NOT INCLUDE ANY NUMBER, untill I filled all my address on the blank of STREET AND CITY, finially, I filled my address again and again. I am not sure that you can mail me the certificate on the RIGHT address.

The course was very good; however, one question ( I missed)seem to be worded wrong. Why? Because it depended on whether you witness the person fall, or not, on performing CPR, or calling 911 first. Thank you!
