From my perspective the questions at times were ambiguous. The two incorrect answers on my exam were not totally incorrect. For example, with a head injury, not all necessitate 911 calls immediately. A responder would survey the situation/injury for signs of bleeding (could be minor, stop bleeding or apply cold compress to area) and check for signs of concussion. Another incorrect answer I would dispute is to call 911 first or perform 2 minutes of CPR first with an unresponsive person. In the course instruction those were addressed as two separate instances, whether the collapse is witnessed or not witnessed. If seen, call 911 first. If not witnessed, perform 2 minutes of CPR first. Just saying. Thank you for providing this class online. It covered a lot of areas concisely.
