This was easy for me because I have taken this type of class before. I could not get the audio to work. If it did, I would rate this class a five.I think a first time student would need more information and explanation.

Couldn't locate an audio tracK. Would be very helpful if there was an audio track or content was presented via audio visual aid such as a video for visual & oral learners. Content was great & very helpful by including all types of potential emergencies that staff can assist with treating until EMS arrives
